The elements of the departmental assessment portfolio are used to gauge your performance against a set of department-defined rubrics.
Contents will include the following items:
The essays in this collection will be paired with the departmental assessments discussed in class and shared on the Google Drive.
While the quality of writing is important for the assessment, you will be graded on your ability to compile these papers into a cohesive, digital package that includes appropriately numbered pages, a cover page, and a table of contents.

- a table of contents (will include name of paper and corresponding rubrics)
- a list of your ENGL and writing-related courses (including professor, semester, and grade)
- at least two ENGL papers, preferably from upper-division courses, that meet the standards of the department defined rubrics.
